- Use Community Spaces Responsibly: Shared spaces are for everyone’s enjoyment. Please clean up after use and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Conserve Utilities: Be mindful of your utility usage. Turn off unnecessary lights and appliances, and report any leaks or issues to help us maintain sustainability.
- Pet Policy: Pets must be leashed in common areas and cleaned up after. We allow up to 2 pets per tiny home to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents.
- Parking Regulations: Use designated parking areas and avoid blocking access to ensure smooth traffic flow and accessibility.
- Grill and Picnic Area Etiquette: Clean up after using these facilities and ensure the grill is turned off after use to keep these areas ready for the next resident.

About Us: Creating a Community from Family
Born to an incredible single mom, who’s been our guiding star, we three brothers have journeyed through life together. Every year, in honor of our mom’s strength and love, we take her on a trip to celebrate her birthday. Whether they’ve been to the vibrant culture of Jamaica, the snowy peaks of Colorado, or the sunny beaches of California, these annual voyages have been filled with laughter, adventure, and many unforgettable memories.
But during her milestone 70th birthday trip, we found ourselves in a deep discussion about how we, each an entrepreneur in different fields, could create something meaningful together. Inspired by our surroundings and the love we share for our mom, the idea of building a village emerged – a village that reflected the warmth, resilience, and communal spirit she instilled in us.

What is the difference between a Tiny Home and an RV or a Mobile Home Trailer?
Tiny homes are like traditional homes but smaller. They are customizable in design and aesthetics, offering a more personalized and home-like feel compared to RVs or Mobile Home Trailers.
Are utilities included in my space rent?
The utilities included in the rent are water and sewage. Tenants are responsible for their internet and electricity.
I currently live in a tiny home, can I move into Tiny Homes Village?
Yes, we are accepting externally built tiny homes into Tiny Homes Village as long as they are certified by an accredited Builder and on wheels.
Are DIY Tiny Homes allowed?
No, DIY Tiny Homes are not permitted in Tiny Homes Village. We are committed to ensuring cohesiveness and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout our community. We encourage those interested in joining our community to explore the diverse and customizable options offered by our certified fabricators. Is the Tiny House Village pet friendly?
Yes, we welcome up to two pets per Tiny Home.

As of now, Tiny Homes Village does not currently offer on-site storage. However, we are attentive to the evolving needs of our community. As Tiny Homes Village grows and the demand for additional storage becomes more apparent, we plan to assess the feasibility of providing on-site storage solutions.
Will I be able to choose the space on which I place my tiny home?
