Where is the Village located?
The Village is located in Rock Island City, Tennessee, about 90 minutes southeast of Nashville.
Are lots available?
Lots are limited. Sign up at [email protected] to get on the list.
Do you sell tiny homes?
Yes! We work with preferred builders who can help you design and build your dream tiny home.
What are the lease terms?
We offer 1-year lease terms for lot rentals.
What utilities are included?
Water and sewage are included in your lot rental. Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We allow up to 2 pets per lot. We're a pet-friendly community with a dedicated dog park.
Can I choose my lot?
Lot selection is based on availability at the time of your application.
Can I bring my own tiny home?
Yes, external tiny homes are welcome! They must be certified and on wheels.
Are DIY homes permitted?
DIY-built tiny homes are not permitted at this time for safety and compliance reasons.
Is there on-site storage?
On-site storage is not currently available, but we may add this amenity in the future.
